  • Screen printing transparent conductive ink (UV-Resistant Type) is a water-based ink developed based on conductive polymer (PEDOT:PSS). It offers high transparency and excellent adhesion, making it suitable for printing large-area and high-precision (100μm) transparent electrodes on substrates such as PET, PC, PMMA, PI, diffusion films, and glass. The ink exhibits no rainbow patterns, orange peel effects, pinholes, or shrinkage. The MGT-AUV-T300 and MGT-AUV-T350 models are specifically designed for applications requiring prolonged exposure to sunlight, such as automotive touch switches and washing machine touch panels, providing outstanding resistance to ultraviolet ( UV and IUV ) radiation.

    Packaging and Storage :

    1. The remaining ink on the screen plate can be reused. The recovered ink should be stored separately. The number of recoverings should be less than 3 to avoid ink contamination. Once opened, it is important to close the package promptly to prevent water evaporation, which may lead to the formation of insoluble particles.


    2. It can be stored in the original packaging for 6 months. The storage temperature should be 5~25 ℃. Avoid freezing (≤5℃). Once the product freezes and turns into ice, it will no longer be usable.
